To redeem your Smiley, log in to The Taapioca through your mobile app or website and book a table. During check out, you will find an option to reserve a table. Smileys Earned in Food Wallet will be auto debited during billing. Smiley Earned in Cash Wallet will be credited to Customers Bank Account after 30 days of its accumulation. If any Direct or Indirect Referrals points are Reimbursed by THE TAAPIOCA to its Registered Customers the same will be Reimbursed from the Referrals and Indirect Referrals wallets.

What is the Validity of your Smiley Points Earned?

The validity of your Smiley points earned in your wallets is 180 days from the date it got Credited.
